How to Use Profile 2.0 Layouts

Don't know how to use Profile 2.0 layouts?
It's okay! This tutorial will show you how to use them. And if you don't like 2.0, you can switch back! No problem.

STEP 1: Instead of going to "Edit Profile" like you do for 1.0 layouts go to "Customize Profile."


STEP 2: Now you'll have to switch over to 2.0 in order for the layouts to work. Don't worry this is risk free! If you don't like the 2.0 layouts, you simply can switch back to 1.0 - myspace saves your 1.0 profiles for 90 days. The page in the image below is going to show up - click the "upgrade to profile 2.0" button.


STEP 3: Now in the Select Theme box, click the box that says "NO THEME."


STEP 4: Now paste the 2.0 layout code into the box given. Then you can click "PREVIEW" at the top to preview your layout if you like. When you are done make sure to click "PUBLISH" otherwise it won't save your layout!
